Information we collect

We collect information you provide through WhatsApp, email, enquiry forms, payment correspondence and booking documents, including:

• names, contact details, country and preferred language;
• travel dates, flight details, accommodation preferences and special requests;
• dietary, accessibility or health-related information you voluntarily share when required for your trip;
• payment status and transaction references, but not full card details processed by third-party payment providers;
• website usage, device and campaign information when analytics or advertising tools are enabled.

Why we use it

We process information to respond to enquiries, design proposals, confirm and deliver services, coordinate suppliers, receive payments, provide travel support, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and—with consent where required—measure or improve marketing.

We may use AI-assisted tools to provide an initial response, organise preferences and prepare an internal lead summary. Personalised proposals, final prices and booking confirmations are reviewed by a human honeymoon planner. Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details or sensitive medical information through the initial concierge chat.

Where applicable, our legal basis may include consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law and legitimate operational interests.

Sharing and international transfers

We share only what is reasonably necessary with selected hotels, transport providers, activity operators, payment processors, technology providers and professional advisers. Some providers or guests may be outside Indonesia. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate protections and comply with applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for planning, service delivery, accounting, legal compliance and dispute handling. We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, completion, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction or information about our processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate contractual records require it.

Cookies and marketing

Our website may use essential cookies and, once enabled, analytics or advertising technologies such as Google, Meta or TikTok tools. Non-essential tracking should be used with appropriate notice and consent. You may adjust your browser choices and unsubscribe from direct marketing at any time.
