Booking Terms & Conditions

Scope and contract

These terms apply to planning and travel arrangements supplied or coordinated by Lombok Honeymoon. Your contract consists of these terms, the accepted proposal or invoice, the applicable cancellation policy and any supplier conditions disclosed to you. If a specific written proposal conflicts with these general terms, the proposal controls for that booking.

Proposals and availability

All itineraries, prices and availability remain provisional until we issue written confirmation and receive the required payment. Website prices are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Supplier rates, taxes, exchange rates and availability may change before confirmation.

Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate names, dates, passport details and contact information;
• checking passports, visas, entry, health and insurance requirements;
• reviewing the proposal and immediately reporting errors;
• arriving on time and following reasonable safety or supplier instructions;
• disclosing relevant accessibility, dietary or medical needs early enough for us to assess them.

Payments

Payment amounts, due dates, accepted currency and methods will appear in your proposal or invoice. Bank, card, intermediary and currency-conversion fees are the traveller’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. Late payment may cause unconfirmed services to be released.

Suppliers and service changes

Hotels, transport companies, guides and activity providers are independent suppliers. We select and coordinate them with care, but their own operational and safety rules may apply. Reasonable substitutions may be necessary because of weather, safety, availability, government action or events outside our control; we will aim to preserve the character and value of the journey.

Travel insurance and risk

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended from the time of booking, including cancellation, medical treatment, evacuation, baggage and activities. Tropical weather, sea conditions, traffic and natural environments can affect travel. Participation in any activity remains subject to supplier assessment and personal suitability.

Complaints and assistance

Please tell us promptly during the journey so we have a fair opportunity to assist. If unresolved, submit details and supporting documents within 14 days after the journey. We will review the matter in good faith and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by a traveller, an unforeseeable third party or extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion before using an available competent forum.
