Complimentary first conversation
Your initial conversation is complimentary. We use it to understand your dates, duration, preferred accommodation, priorities and expected investment range. No payment is required merely to introduce yourselves or ask whether we may be a suitable fit.
When the retainer applies
A USD 60 planning retainer per couple is requested only when you invite us to begin personalised planning. Payment confirms that you accept these retainer terms; it does not by itself confirm a travel booking.
What it includes
The retainer includes:
- one personalised Lombok honeymoon concept;
- thoughtfully matched accommodation recommendations;
- an initial availability and feasibility review;
- a written proposal; and
- up to two reasonable proposal refinements within the original brief.
Credit toward booking
If you confirm the proposed honeymoon with us within the proposal’s stated validity period, the full USD 60 is credited toward the final booking value. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another traveller without written agreement.
When it becomes non-refundable
The retainer becomes non-refundable once personalised planning work begins. This reflects professional time, research and supplier coordination already performed. If we cannot begin the agreed planning service, we will return the retainer.
What it does not secure
The retainer does not hold rooms, lock prices, reserve transport or confirm activities. Services are secured only after availability is reconfirmed, a booking confirmation is issued and the required booking payment is received.
Changes in scope and timing
A substantially different destination, travel period, duration or concept may require a new planning engagement. Proposal validity will be shown in writing; supplier pricing may change after expiry. Additional work beyond two refinements will be discussed before any further fee applies.
