Your booking-specific schedule
The exact payment and cancellation schedule will be stated in your proposal before you confirm. It reflects the selected hotels, experiences, travel dates and supplier conditions. No website illustration replaces the written schedule accepted for your booking.
Cancellation by you
A cancellation request must be made in writing by the lead traveller. Charges may include non-refundable supplier amounts, committed operational costs, bank or payment fees and work already performed. We will explain known deductions and seek recoverable supplier funds where reasonably possible.
Refund handling
Any recoverable balance will be returned after the relevant suppliers have released funds to us, using the original method where practicable. Processing times depend on suppliers, banks and payment providers. Exchange-rate differences and third-party transaction fees may affect the final amount received.
Changes requested by you
Date, hotel, room, guest-name or itinerary changes remain subject to availability, repricing and supplier fees. We will provide the expected financial effect before implementing a material change wherever reasonably possible.
Changes or cancellation by us
If we must materially change or cancel a confirmed service, we will offer a reasonable alternative, credit or refund of the affected recoverable service as circumstances and applicable law require. Minor sequence or timing adjustments made for comfort, weather or safety do not normally constitute a material change.
Force majeure
Weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, civil events and similar circumstances beyond reasonable control may require changes or cancellation. Refunds in these situations depend on amounts recoverable from suppliers and mandatory law. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Planning retainer
The USD 60 planning retainer has separate terms. It is credited to a confirmed booking but becomes non-refundable once personalised planning begins because it compensates work already undertaken.
